I received a notification about a fuse needing to be installed on my Bolt. I called the dealership and set up an appointment for the next week. The spokesman assured me the part would be in. I arranged a ride home and brought the automobile in. The part was not in. The spokesman assured me he would call when the part was in. No one called in a couple of weeks, so I called again. He said the part was not in. I waited a couple more weeks. I called back and he said he had received no notification of the status of the part, but would check the parts inventory. He returned to the phone after about 4 minutes and told me the part had arrived that morning. I scheduled an appointment and took the car in. It was repaired but no one in the service area or the cashier area was wearing a mask. More

Took truck in for oil change and fix blinker. They broke my window when rolling it down and refused to fix it without me paying them to fix it. Said window latches broke because truck was so old. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and to troubleshoot a problem. I was told to leave it overnight and pick it up Saturday morning and was assured several times the service advisor would have everything a problem. On 09/29/2020 I took my 2014 GMC Terrain in for service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. Had 0730 AM appointment. Was there by 0715 AM waiting. At 0730 AM was called in for some final paper work to start oil change, tire rotation, etc. Had 0730 AM appointment. Was there by 0715 AM waiting. Had a discount card for this service which I gave employee when I first checked in. Paid cashier and left. Experience was GREAT! Will continue to go back to Phil Wright Autoplex Russellville, AR for my next service visit. More
