Took my vehicle in for an oil change and to troubleshoot a problem. I was told to leave it overnight and pick it up Saturday morning and was assured several times the service advisor would have everything a problem. On 09/29/2020 I took my 2014 GMC Terrain in for service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. Had 0730 AM appointment. Was there by 0715 AM waiting. At 0730 AM was called in for some final paper work to start oil change, tire rotation, etc. Had 0730 AM appointment. Was there by 0715 AM waiting. Had a discount card for this service which I gave employee when I first checked in. Paid cashier and left. Experience was GREAT!
