Brian Ellis, Service Advisor at Phil Wright, took excellent care of us and our Tahoe when we broke down on I-40 in Russellville while going home to Florida from Vancouver, BC Canada. The OnStar tow excellent care of us and our Tahoe when we broke down on I-40 in Russellville while going home to Florida from Vancouver, BC Canada. The OnStar tow guy was amazing too and came within 30 minutes. Even the local police saw to it that we were safe and our car was already towed to its destination. Brian told us we needed a new transmission, arranged a ride for us to Enterprise car rental and told us he would be in touch. Well, he kept us informed every inch of the way! Thank the lord the transmission was under warranty! We took a rental car home because we didn't know when it would arrive. Brian was in charge and kept in touch with us every inch of the way. It took 3-4 days before Brian received the transmission, but the very next day it was installed. He was a life saver! The people in Russellville were so kind, friendly and helpful. If I buy another car, I would travel to Phil Wright to buy it. Service is a big plus there and Brian gets "gold stars" for customer service! I wish I had his service dept. in south Florida.
