And how do you want me to respond when the damage is done. There was No apology so you can’t go back and undo that one. There was no offer to clean the oil spill on my garage floor. They were given in opportunity when I asked how do “I” clean up my garage floor? The reply was to go out and buy a particular bag of clay that is used for oil spills on garage floors. I was told I could buy it at Walmart. No thought about the fact that it’s over 100° in my garage and they’re telling this 70+ year old senior, she can go home and clean up her the oil spill herself. So is this the kind of response you were looking for? Because every word of this is true!
