Joe Luque understood my situation from the get-go and did everything to make sure I could get the vehicle. Joe not only listened, but he was also patient, and never did I feel any pressure to purchase the v everything to make sure I could get the vehicle. In 2015 we purchased two vehicles at Phillips in Frankfort, also was a fine experience. So glad after an unfortunate personal situation and then doing much research online I was able to find this car and Joe to be there along the way to get it to me! I will definitely remember Joe L. and see him again for any other possible car purchases. Fully recommend Phillips and Joe L. This mama now has a beautiful new (used) vehicle! I am also glad I got Fabian, my boys & I to laugh so hard 12/25 has a new meaning :) More
