Reached out to this dealer back in May of 23 when news first came out of the E-Ray. Asked (along with multiple other dealerships) if they’d be adding any dealer markups to the vehicles once they came out. first came out of the E-Ray. Asked (along with multiple other dealerships) if they’d be adding any dealer markups to the vehicles once they came out. Was told explicitly by Chris that they don’t do that. He said every C8 has been sold at sticker and they don’t gouge customers. That was enough for me to not bother looking at any other dealer. Signed up for the wait list and anxiously waited for its eventual release (this will be my first vette) as I’ve been eyeing a C8 since they first came out. Fast forward two months and I’m told I’m 18th in line. Kind of hard to believe as I called during the announcement. It is what it is, but I looked at the positive news that I’m in queue for the orders. Then came the bad news. Chris tells me that they’re adding a $25k dealer markup. Complete stab in the back!
