Bought my first brand new car from Phillips Chevrolet was a fantastic, and amazing experience. From the moment we walked in they were all super friendly and not at all pushy I worked with Steve who is the ni a fantastic, and amazing experience. From the moment we walked in they were all super friendly and not at all pushy I worked with Steve who is the nicest most friendly guy I met in a long time I was interested in a Chevy Colorado Z71 however, they did not have any in stock, but they did have a trail boss in stock so I test drove that and enjoy the ride, but still wanted to see Z71. They did not push me to buy the trail boss which I found to be great. I put some cash down to hold a Z71 in my name that was already built but still in transit Steve gave me updates often about the status of the truck. And then one day he said it was on its way so he scheduled a day for me to come look at it and it was even better in person. We test drove the Z71 and we immediately knew we wanted the vehicle they gave us a fair price on our trading vehicle and help us get the interest rate down tad on the financing. The process was fairly quick and we were on Our Way,. Steve continues to check in with me about my brand new truck to see how things are going. There was a minor factory issue with our vehicle which they said they would take care of no problem I recommend anybody looking for a new car to go here first they’re the number one in the state for a reason, I did go to a few other dealerships closer to my house but they all seemed like they just wanted to sale and not the relationship so I’m glad that we didn’t pull the trigger on something we weren’t happy with along with a dealership that we weren’t happy with. If I ever need to buy a new vehicle, I will 100% return here. Thanks to everyone at Phillips Chevrolet especially Steve! And the finance team! More
