For the past 3 months, I was in search of a specific vehicle with certain specs. I happen to see the same vehicle advertised at Phillips Cheverlot in Frankfort but it wasn’t the color I wanted however; vehicle with certain specs. I happen to see the same vehicle advertised at Phillips Cheverlot in Frankfort but it wasn’t the color I wanted however; I called anyway and spoke with Steve Sorenson who went above and beyond to assist me in getting what I wanted. Within 10 minutes Steve called me back stating he had located the vehicle I was seeking, he sent pictures and we set up a appointment to discuss the purchase. After speaking with Steve, I was 100% sure he was the guy I wanted to do business with, his professional and pleasant attitude was something I hadn’t experienced while shopping for my vehicle of choice. I advised Steve to give me a couple of days to think about the purchase and he insisted that I take my time. In that time I continued to search for the car at a lower sticker price, I happen to find the exact car with a slightly lower sticker price but the salesman wasn’t patient or professional at all, I contacted Steve and we secured the purchase.
