Based on this situation I wrote some previous unpleasant reviews about phillips..after bringing the truck into them and calming down a bit I would first like to apologize and say the staff had been genuinely very caring about my situation and I believe are doing everything to make it right.I do believe they care so much about they're business that they truly wouldn't have let a customer out the door in a vehicle with these issues..A guy named Dan in the used car dept has been helping me and just has been unbelievably helpful and concerned assuring me no matter what they will have my truck fixed and able to serve my needs for the next 15yrs..my salesperson was Chris B and he was the absolute best salesman I've ever worked with..these unfortunate circumstances still would not steer me away from buying another vehicle from phillips down the road..
