After finding the filter was not accessible without a major overhaul, they charged for a fluid change only, Integrity is one reason I service all 4 vehicles at Phillips. I also like the follow-up e-mail. I can compliment Chris directly or let her know of any concerns. Also needed the drivers door seal replaced. Let Dan know a week before and the parts were there when I brought the Traverse in. 94,000 miles and running so good, the wife will not part with it. More

I was warmly greeted by Mike Herris who showed me around, took me for a test drive, and got me all of the information I was looking for. I wasn't ready to buy at that time and told Mike that I had to shuffle cars around before I would be able to purchase my new dream machine. Mike stayed in touch for over a year, giving me updates on deals and letting me know what corvettes were coming in to see if I was interested. I showed up one day out of the blue for Mike, and he instantly remembered me and my wife immediately! We built and ordered the perfect car for me, got a great deal, and had an awesome experience all the way around. I was never left wondering what was going on or where my car was as Mike kept in touch every step of the way.
