I came in to Phillips Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle. I made a purchase but was unsatisfied initially due to heavy cigarette smoke smell lingering in car. Other than that car was nice. I reached out to manager and was able to come in for an exchange. Shawn assisted me with finding the right blazer for me. I had no problem with exchanging.
