Mia Smith started the experience for us by confirming that Phillips of Lansing had the car we potentially were looking for. She did this in a very professional and caring manor. When we arrived at Phillips we had already left our name and Reuben Trujillo and Eric Maymon both were friendly and efficient in letting us test drive. Both showed us all the features on the Impala Premiere and really made the buying experience a pleasant event. We bought the car without hassle and really made the buying experience into an enjoyable event. We also had a good experience with the finance department and Tom Kernagis even though we needed special financing considerations. Would highly recommend Phillips in Lansing.
