Had Rear Brakes replaced,serviced,turn rotors,R&R. Had front Brakes inspected,and cleaned and lubed as rear Calipers also. Had a Full Brake Fluid Flush service performed. We had gone to the dealership in Ocala on Saturday morning with expectations of purchasing our 4th vehicle in a row from them. We were treated so poorly by one of their sales managers we left and went to Phillips. I was paired with Burton Randal, a very nice salesman, who was top notch and very trustworthy (if you knew me, I don't trust salesmen). The entire staff was very friendly and we were treated with respect. We ended up purchasing the vehicle I started to attempt to purchase in Ocala, and I could not be happier with our purchase experience. My only feedback that is not positive, is that it just takes too long to buy a car. We knew the car we wanted very quickly, but we were there for four hours. This is the same at all dealerships unfortunately. I wish there was a way to make it go faster. More

I had to connect my own phone and settings myself. Luckily I’m the rare few who likes to read my manual but still, they should have made sure I was comfortable with all the features. Every new vehicle I’ve bought the dealer walked me through all this. More

Over the year I refined what I wanted in a new car - the order and delivery was seamless and was helped along by theGeneral Manager, Tony Viero. We’ve bought several cars from Phillips and have always worked easily through the financing with Tim Moore. Last Monday, we noticed a couple of bubbles under the tinting and took it in to have it corrected - it was Jamie’s day off - one of the Sales Managers (sorry, can’t recall. his name) walked our new Prius through the process. The Phillips team pays attention to detail - we’ll continue to trust them with our vehicles. More

Walked in with a pre-approved bank draft good for more then agreed price. Guess what they had already sold the vehicle! They of course had offer vehicles for us to look at the sales manager told with a smile He then suggested that they had tried get hold of us.
