Her friendly demeanor made us feel very comfortable during the purchase process. Our only regret is that we didn't discover Phillips Toyota until recently. We would also like to acknowledge Tom Pardo for arranging the financing. After several other past dealership transactions that left us questioning the integrity of the financial staff, working with Tom was nothing short of amazing. Everybody was so friendly and awesome at Phillips Toyota in Leesburg. My salesman Jack Jackson was helpful and understood my needs for a car and did a fantastic job in getting me into the car I wanted. I s in Leesburg. I started out with a car I wasn't so keen on, and he picked up on my vibe and then showed me another one. Then I came back a week later as I was on the fence, drove the car again and still didn't get my "wow effect". Finally I got into the Toyota Highlander and fell in love with the car.... Today I am a very happy customer and the last part of my experience is of course the Finance Guy. Dennis was awesome, knowledgeable, gave me some added financial tips about my car I traded, and in all of my years of experience in buying and trading my cars, he was THE BEST!!
