He certainly wasn't a "pushy" salesman and we appreciated that. We had no intentions of buying a car when we visited that dealership (just looking). However, we were happy with the features and also thought the price was reasonable. Unfortunately we did not buy the extended warranty. Since the car is under warranty for 3 years, we couldn't see paying for it again. Had the extended warranty been offered for the period after the 3 years, we would have considered it. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and we know we can depend on Phillips Toyota for any help in the future. More
