Stressful - Too time consuming - Ultimately fair deal There for just over 5 hrs! Still did not get all we wanted (but most likely can't afford it on the Highlander) Bruce and Morgan did their job - impro There for just over 5 hrs! Still did not get all we wanted (but most likely can't afford it on the Highlander) Bruce and Morgan did their job - improving deal a few times before we finally settled (but had second thought s once home!) Dennis did the Financial along with it;s related Sales Pitches! We were stressed out - hungry - and once home, wishing to just return the car and drive our trade in back home! The Highlander is a very nice vehicle but did not have (and does not now have) things we would have preferred to get without having to now go elsewhere to get i,e,. Remote Start, Trailer Hitch, Parking Sensors-Front. Next level up had most but at $4k MORE - beyond our budget restrictions, and the Rav 4 was not to our liking, We'll live with what we've got and be Fairly Happy as everyone was pretty courteous and respectful under the circumstances! God's Blessings on ALL! More

Couldn't have been a better experience. I was recommended by friends of mine to stop in and talk to Duey because I was thinking of buying a Tacoma, I had stopped in the weekend before looked I was recommended by friends of mine to stop in and talk to Duey because I was thinking of buying a Tacoma, I had stopped in the weekend before looked around the lot and saw a used one. I contacted Duey via the internet and we linked up on Monday, I left with a new truck for the same price as the used one I had initially looked at. Couldn't be happier! More
