I had a great experiance with Ashley Lake I have a difficult time giving a great rating when I have a credit score of 325 being charged 4.09% interest. Best car purchase / lease experience ever! First time ever in my 20+ years, 10+ car purchase lease experience - I had the best / seamless / convenient experience purchasing / leasing through MI First time ever in my 20+ years, 10+ car purchase lease experience - I had the best / seamless / convenient experience purchasing / leasing through MIkey Kuhn (Sales Rep) and Phillips Toyota. Kudos to them. Entire deal was done via email (36 emails total). Mikey was very prompt in responding, honest, upfront, and straightforward in his replies. Despite my hard negotiating tactics - Mikey was very respectful and did the best from the very beginning. Best part was that they even delivered the car to my home (40 miles away) and took my old car away to turn into lessor. Till now, I dreaded car dealerships. But Mikey and Phillips Toyota have proven that they are different. Overall a Wow experience! More

Before making our most recent purchase we visited another Toyota dealership plus talked with a few more on the phone or internet. We were not happy with the other dealers questionable sales techniques and misleading information. Janene Black of Phillips Toyota also contacted us through our internet research. She was very professional and promptly found the 2016 Sienna LTD we wanted and gave us an attractive offer outlining all costs and trade-in value before we even came to the dealership. When we arrived she was ready to close the deal and deliver our car. Her professionalism and pleasing personality is the reason we chose Phillips Toyota over the other Toyota dealers in the area. We will recommend her to anyone looking for a new Toyota vehicle. More
