The negotiatin process via text and email was seamless, quick, and they did all they could to insure the pricing was fair. Once I actually drove to the dealership, a test drive was all that was needed and it was a done deal. Since the sale was done after hours, not all of the bank paper work could be figured out that evening. Mikey offered to drive the 45 minutes to my house the next day so I did not have to come back out to the dealership. More

I made inquiry through the internet and Mikey Kuhn and Chad Howell invited me for a test drive of the 2016 Avalon. I was treated very well. They kept me apprised of the availability of cars without being "pushy" and they gave me a deal which I consider very fair. It was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Mikey went out of his way to have accessories put on the car (at my cost, of course) even days after I had made the purchase. Everyone I dealt with, including Tim Moore in Finance was just "super" to deal with. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new car and at least on used car - my 2012. It was an excellent car and was always maintained by Toyota technicians. More
