We called Lou again when we were interested in purchasing another vehicle. Lou answered all our questions about the vehicle we were interested in explaining the differences in the models. We purchased our new 2016 vehicle from Lou and Phillips Toyota with another excellent customer service experience. We also know that the first rate service department will take excellent care of our new vehicle and if we have questions Phillips staff is always available and answer our questions. More

When our daughter was looking for a 2016 Toyota Corolla, we called Chad. He was knowledgeable and went out of the way to accommodate her as she had gone to the hospital in the middle of her transaction. He knows his way around the dealership and is well informed about every facet of the Toyota. Now, a month later, my husband and I traded our 2011 Prius2 for a 2015 Prius 3. We called Chad and told him we were ready, and got the same.outstanding service. He is a good reason to continue being a Phillips Toyota customer. More
