I had a very good experience. I was given a loaner which was dropped off at my house when my car was picked up. There was a bit of a mix-up on the loaner but it got straightened out quickly. Horrible. Tried recommend $1500 worth of things to get done for my inspection and when I said no they told me I had to spend at least $600. Problem I had is they tried to charge me$400 for ONE front spur done for my inspection and when I said no they told me I had to spend at least $600. Problem I had is they tried to charge me$400 for ONE front spur which costs about $100 at advanced auto. I said I'm not paying that price so they failed my car. Will never go back there. Was warned about their price gauging by a few people and just witnessed it for myself. More

My car is getting up there in mileage but I LOVE my CX-9! Steve and Cody have always stepped up to help keep me, my kids and vehicle running safely.
