Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. No one bothered to follow up. I had to keep calling for information regarding the part we ordered. Messages left were not returned. Waiting room is stuffy and claustrophobic. Attempt to sit outside left us information regarding the part we ordered. Messages left were not returned. Waiting room is stuffy and claustrophobic. Attempt to sit outside left us with a very broken dilapidated bench. Toilet seat in restroom was badly stained with urine. We had to ask for our car to be washed after it was serviced. Certainly not what is expected from an expensive car dealer! There were no new vehicle inventory, all were a few years old. More
