Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. Nice building, friendly service staff which listen to the customer Diagonstics of the problem and order parts to take care of the brakes noise. Took vehicle in for a couple of repairs. Decided to do 2 of 3 repairs due to cost. Coolant level light continues to come on after replacing water pump. Heading back home so will take car back in next March of 3 repairs due to cost. Coolant level light continues to come on after replacing water pump. Heading back home so will take car back in next March when I return. Everyone very friendly and professional. I do think the labor costs were extremely high. Labor costs were $1112.00 for replacing a water pump and front mount. This did not include parts. More
