Purchase was entirely over the phone as i live out of state. Duffy Elliot handled the transaction and everything was seamless and perfect. I was disappointed that an appointment for an oil change was 2 hours. The cost is definitely on the high side as well $392 with a $75 coupon. From my research that is the highest I could find online.
