Dominic Harper and ultimately Darvee Beard were both outstanding. Based on an initial experience I was frustrated and was leaving without test driving the Porsche Macan. Darvee Beard was very helpful in assisting me with the initial introduction to the car prior to my test drive. I shared during that time that it had been 17 years since I had a new car because as a single mom, my priority was putting my daughter through a private 12 year primary school and then college. I was now ready to give myself a new car for a Mothers Day Gift. Darvee actually remembered that and made the day I picked up my car a bit of a celebration. This even included pictures. I am loving my new Porsche Macan. I want to thank Dominick for making the effort to turn things around. I want to thank Darvee for making my delivery day amazing and truly feel like a celebration.
