My husband and I came into to look into purchasing the Porsche Cayenne and while waiting for our appointment, we were greeted by every staff member that walked by us, which I thought was amazing customer Porsche Cayenne and while waiting for our appointment, we were greeted by every staff member that walked by us, which I thought was amazing customer service. Our product specialist, Rob Owens, was more than amazing. He was calm, didn’t rush us, and made sure to explain the vehicle from front to rear end. After test driving we were certain and a couple of hours later, we had our keys and were driving home. Thank you Rob, Ed, and Adam for making our first Porsche purchase an unforgettable one! More

Just bought my Panamera at Riverside Porsche and loving it. We live an 1 1/2 away and they have a much bigger inventory than the dealerships in our area. Tony Nguyen handled long distance sale very well 5*s! I was searching for a very late model 911 Cabriolet in non-specific but somewhat different color combination and very(!) low miles. To complicate thi I was searching for a very late model 911 Cabriolet in non-specific but somewhat different color combination and very(!) low miles. To complicate things I had a like new '13 MB SL550 to trade. I noticed the very well put together ad from Porsche of Riverside, CA and the fact they had a nice selection of late model certified cars. I found a couple I was interested in and emailed the store detailing my proposed deal with trade-in. Tony Nguyen called promptly and was very helpful by asking all the right questions but not wasting time either. We discussed the values of the two cars and were able to settle on a trading difference that was what I was looking for and we agreed the deal. Tony Nguyen then handled everything very smoothly with a car carrier picking up my SL550 and returning a the following day with my '2020 Carrera S Cab with 2K miles now in my garage. Everything was handled perfectly and the paperwork all in order as agreed and the deal done to my satisfaction. I cannot praise Tony Nguyen highly enough nor Walter's Porsche owner Steve Kienle either. All in a very good experience for me and I love my new Porsche 911 Carrera S. Tom More

The website is good and has a lot of useful information. It would be be better if the chat box would go away. This dealer is enormous. The stock of cars is fantastic. There were many choices at different price points and options, new and used. The prices were very competitive and we searched across the web. We had a great experience with our salesman, Taylor who was very easy to work with, accommodating and knowledgeable about the stock, the car, the options and all our questions. We would be happy to work with him any time. Thanks Taylor! The showroom is spotless (plenty of hand sanitizer), luxurious and filled with snacks, TV, leather chairs, etc. If I had any constructive criticism, it would be that it took a bit too long for anyone to come help us initially and way too long to pay once we were ready. We looked around for too long before the manager came to ask if we were being helped. Everyone there was on the phone and there was no receptionist at the front desk (although there is a desk, it was empty). So I felt like leaving at one point when we were completely ignored. Also, the purchase process took way, way, way too long. Infuriatingly long. I think maybe there was only one finance desk open. Another customer went in just before us and we then had to wait what felt like forever to get our turn to pay. We left and went to the bank, we drove around, we watched the tv. It was well over an hour, perhaps closer to two, before it was our turn at the cashier. This is really annoying when you have a check in your hand for over $100K and nobody wants to take it from you. Really leaves a bad taste in the mouth. The salesman kept apologizing but it wasn't his fault and there was nothing he could do. The finance guy, Jeremy, when we finally got our turn, was very pushy and unpleasant. I suppose if you pay cash and don't finance then they don't make much money. So he tried to sell us every add-on in the book. My husband is a pushover so we wasted $2,500 on something we will never need. He probably gets a raise for this bad behavior, but from my point of view I hated it. I had a good experience with Cody in the service department. He did his best and was nice and easy to work with, and very communicative over text for everything, and I really appreciate it. But overall, they all seemed so overworked and there were so many customers. The whole dealership seems very understaffed for the demand and it was palpable in both the sales and the service. I really feel bad for the workers there. More
