Instead, our salesman, Jonathan Beitz, was gracious, kind and helpful. The depth of knowledge from his experiences of owning Porsches and in racing gave meaningful insights. I found those insights to be very helpful in forming expectations of performance and deciding exactly what I wanted for my wife. Without any solicitation for such, I was given a substantial discount on the price. Wow! Who does that? Later, an electrical/mechanical issue, that could never have been anticipated by anyone, arose. It stretched the scope of our contact beyond the average. What an stress-free experience it was. He and the General Manager called us repeatedly, always apologizing for inconvenience and giving assurances that everything would be paid for. Jonathan took calls at his own home and arranged for services outside of his work hours. He kept us informed of our status every step of the way. I have owned a number of Porsches previously and have experience with other dealerships. There has been no comprisable service with Porsche of Riverside. We came down the hill from Big Bear to purchase supplies for our restaurant, with no intentions of buying a car. We were wearing our work clothes from the restaurant when John Beech came out ,introduced himself and asked if he could answer any questions,as we stated earlier we had quite a few. Despite our appearance John Beech treated us with respect and answered our questions.He asked if we had a couple minutes to come in and look at some numbers on the computer. After a casual conversation we left the dealership with the realization that we just might be able to purchase the car of our dreams. The next morning we called with MORE questions, long story short three hours later we drove down from Big Bear to test drive and subsequently purchased our dream car the Porsche Cayenne PE. The experience was awesome the entire staff was awesome. We left the dealership with our new car feeling very warm and cozy and very much appreciated. I will monitor the key fob operation and if necessary reapproach the issue under PCNA warranty should the problem reoccur. More
