Excellent from first contact to drive off. John went above and beyond to answer my questions throughout the process. He knew all the features on the car I was interested in and during test driv John went above and beyond to answer my questions throughout the process. He knew all the features on the car I was interested in and during test drive he demonstrated more. He helped sync my phone, my music and operate the gps system. He went out of his way to find us the exact car we wanted and Mark Marchant facilitated a great deal for us. Adam Avalos got the transaction closed quickly. And to top it off, both Mark and Adam are German Shepherd owners (as we are) and we had a great time swapping dog stories!
