This was our first Subaru, and I can honestly say it won’t be our last. After purchasing many cars over the years, I’ve come to expect a certain level of stress, but Premier Subaru has completely redefi won’t be our last. We actually agreed on a price online before even stepping foot in the building. When we arrived to test drive and sign, there were zero surprises—the price we discussed was the price on the paper. Matt was phenomenal; he was upfront, honest, and didn't try to push any "hidden fees" or additional items we didn't ask for. It was the smoothest, most haggle-free transaction I’ve ever been a part of. We worked with Jack in the finance department, who was incredibly organized and thorough. A major highlight for us was that we brought our own outside financing. In my experience, this is usually where dealerships try to pressure you to switch, but Jack was a total pro. He respected our choice and didn't try to change our minds, which we deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a dealership that values your time and honors their word, go to Premier Subaru. They made what is usually a stressful day completely easy. I highly recommend Matt, Jack, and the rest of the team! More

Extremely responsive with any questions and made the entire process of car shopping a breeze and manageable. Also appreciated that they gave you time to come to your own decision within your time frame and not constantly call, email, and text for what is already sometimes an overwhelming process. I do NOT recommend this dealership for any car repairs. In March 2025, I had a TPMS sensor replaced there. I continued having issues afterward, so I brought my car to Firestone Complete Auto Care for a sec In March 2025, I had a TPMS sensor replaced there. I continued having issues afterward, so I brought my car to Firestone Complete Auto Care for a second opinion. They found that the voltage output from the sensor was poor and recommended I have it replaced under warranty at Subaru. Before scheduling, I called Subaru twice to confirm the repair would be covered under warranty. Both times, I was assured it would be. I scheduled the appointment specifically as a warranty repair. They held my car for four hours — only to then refuse to fix it under warranty. When I asked for the warranty policy in writing, they could not provide it. After confirming coverage twice in advance and rearranging my day, this felt completely unacceptable. This dealership has also consistently tried to upsell me and has not been transparent. At one point, I was told they were “unable to see” which of the four TPMS sensors was failing when the dashboard light came on and that I would need to replace all four at once — something that other service centers have had no issue identifying individually. That raised serious concerns about honesty. Between the lack of transparency, the inconsistent information, and the refusal to stand by their work, I have lost trust in this dealership entirely. I will not be returning and strongly encourage others to consider taking their vehicle elsewhere. More
