I take a while to digest info, especially on a big ticket purchase like a car. Michael and Andi should be nominated for sainthood as I had many questions and they patiently answered them all, while maintaining a good sense of humor. Michael, like myself, likes all his ducks in a row, dotting all the "i"s and crossing all the "t"s, which certainly is a desirable trait in a money man. Andi was just brilliant, teaching so much info in a short period of time, all with abundant humor. Parker was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. However, in my opinion, he has not quite honed his sales skills yet. Although we arrived 2 hours prior to close, we ended up slipping past closing time, and although Parker claimed it wasn't a problem, it was clear to me that he had places to go. If a salesman you just bought a car from lets you leave without a business card, you know he is feeling hurried. And, although it may have been an internal communication mix up, it was also rather confusing to me when he brought out a car that was not the one I specifically requested and traveled over an hour to see. All of these team members were professional, and these little hiccups did not discourage me from buying the car, nor from giving the dealership a 5 star rating. I would certainly recommend them all to friends and family and buy there again. More

But our experience was less than nice and I would not even write a review. But this time, so different. Thank you Dalton for giving us a phenomenal experience with your great car side manner. More

Disappointment I arrived to pick up my new Subaru however after waiting for several hours I was told it was not able to be released. It was mistakenly registered to I arrived to pick up my new Subaru however after waiting for several hours I was told it was not able to be released. It was mistakenly registered to someone else and DMV was in the process of withdrawing the registration. I asked to speak to the owner , Bob. He was aplogetic however I had already wasted several hours from work and was still without my car. I asked for him to provide a loaner which he did . It was uncertain when the car would be available. The following week it became available and I again had to make the hour trip to the dealer and take off from work. Because of my inconviences, I asked for a back seat cover from the owner , Bob. I would have preferred to hear no however I was asked to complete a positive survey and I would receive it. In other words, I was being bribed. I also received a call several weeks later reminding me to complete a positive survey and I would then get my seat cover. I bought my own seat cover . I was asking for a courtesy given my inconviences. Unfortunately, i was met with this request instead. I do believe mistakes happen however this behavior was much more concerning. I understand surveys are important but this is not acceptable. On another note, Andi was very helpful at pick up and Dalton seemed genuinely concerned when I couldn't pick up the car as initialy promised . More
