He knew we would be driving other makes but didn't compare at all, he just gave us all the pertinent information on the forester we drove and told us at the end what price we could purchase it for. When we bought a car to trade he was the same, giving us a fair price and letting us know before any decision about what we could expect our monthly payments to be. It was, in a word, refreshing. I will highly recommend premier to anyone looking for a vehicle and hope they take my advice More

The price we were quoted initially was among the lowest we found in our research and Luke worked hard to get the most out of our trade. We shopped multiple cars over the course of two weeks, and premier and Luke were the best. They kept in contact, but were never pushy. They firmly believe the cars sell themselves and they do their best to foster the sales process. I'd buy from premier and Luke again, no question. The business manager Rob was also great. He offered the extra warranties and was not pushy when we declined. He did a great job explaining the available warranties without trying to jam them down our throat. He was very helpful filling out the paper work and making sure we knew what each of the dozen or so documents meant. This is the fourth new car my wife and I have purchased and this was the shortest amount of time we spent at the dealership. More

Well long story short after the entire process, I bought the car I wanted at Premier Subaru. To begin with, Eloise Fullington did an amazing job in Sales following up with me and making sure that everything on her end and my end were up to par. Later, after the vehicle was all ready and set, Rob Weljkovic the Financial Services Manager did outstanding job in handling the purchase. The signing went by very quick and Rob explained everything very descriptively and answered any questions that arose in the process. Soon after the signing was complete, it led to having a nice talk with the Quality Control Manager, Joe Zerbo, in assuring me that if I still had questions to contact him and ask away. By far, as a drove home I felt that this was best experience I've received. And I assure others that when if you are to choose Premier at Brandford CT, you won't go wrong with your decision.
