Even though Ron was my direct rep, Tina, Lindsay, Libby and Ariel were there to do the little things to make this process as easy as possible. The final pieces of paperwork with Pat were very easy and very quick. And while I was there Bob, Shannon, and Patricia in service helped me schedule my tuneup for my now 10-year-old XC 90 and gave me a place to hang out while my new car was getting its finishing touches. AWFUL EXPERIENCE Here I was super excited to purchase my 2016 Volvo S60 with this dealership. I even put down a $1000 deposit on the car I settled on. Came to realize when I went to sign the papers and after a second look at the car, that this vehicle was painted on a back fender and it was an awful job (obviously this car was in a car accident). I got no apologies nor any call backs. NO WONDER THE CAR PRICES ARE SO LOW WHEN IT COMES TO USED CARS! More
