One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We went in to purchase a used car for our son and we met Ron Landstrom, our sales consultant. Every step of the buying process was handled very professionally and Ron answered all our questions, and treated us with the same respect as if we were buying a brand new top of the line car which is what I think found most impressive! We were very comfortable dealing with Ron and did not get the high pressure that we have felt at other dealerships and there no hidden fees after we made the deal. They even helped us with some paperwork issues we had with registering the car out of state since our son currently lives in Kansas after graduation. We would highly recommend Ron and Prestige Volvo for anyone in the market for a new or used car! More

There are 206000 miles on the car and I am going for a Volvo most mileage record~ Ms. Patricia Sommerville is absolutely the very best whenever she assists me for service. I always receive my loaner car without any trouble or inconvenience.. I live 20 miles away. She is extremely knowledgeable, forthright, detail oriented and can multitask with speed and grace. I have never seen Patricia without a smile on her face and there can be several people waiting for her attention. The actual service performed on my vehicle has always been meticulously documented and explained. And, if a problem is encountered I am called and asked how I wish to proceed. If the car has to remain overnight, I am told well in advance in order to adjust my schedule. The facility is clean, staffed with genuinely nice people and certainly not a madhouse as some dealerships can appear to be (and probably are). There is ample room and staff available to avoid crowding and loud talkers. I love this place. Thank you for keeping my car in tip top shape and safe on the roads of New Jersey and New York. From the first email exchange with Ms. Bilokin and up until the moment my father drove out of the dealership in his shiny new Volvo everything was just perfect. The dealership building is very stylish and high tech, done in a Scandinavian style, and a pleasure to be in. Agreeing to the deal was very easy: there was no haggling and no gimmicks - we were given a very generous discount and were dealt with in absolutely professional and courteous manner. After we shook hands on the terms the vehicle was prepared for delivery in 55 minutes, and was delivered in immaculate condition. Mr. Masone handled all the financial paperwork in the most efficient way. Finally, Ms. Bilokin was very thorough in explaining the vehicle features, which was very helpful to my father. On a personal note, I was very touched by the fact that a very special attention was given to my father's comfort - he has trouble walking due to his physical condition, and Ms. Bilokin, Mr. Masone and their colleagues truly went an extra step to ensure that he is comfortable. Thank you so much for that, that meant a lot. I highly recommend Prestige Volvo and Ms. Tina Bilokin in particular if you consider buying a new Volvo. I have absolutely no doubt that you will be very satisfied with the result. More
Not good for out of state purchase. The price was competitive for a under 36K CPO S60. Rebecca and Lindsey were alright to work with. The car is in good condition if I discount the salt damage (rust and oxydation) to the engine bay. I took away 2 stars for 2 reasons: 1) Smelly carpets (not mats) in the front which needed serious shampoo cleaning due to contamination and it was covered up with deodorant. 2) Didn't perform the 40K service but decided to reset the service indicator as it was over 1 year since 30K service. This could have damaged the car/engine for anyone relying on the service reminder. I should have walked away from the car when I saw it in person (which was my first impression). Not that it's a trouble car, but NOT that good value for money. I should have waited for a deal from the southern states with no salt damage. Won't buy another vehicle from the northern states. More

The WORST experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY DISLOYAL!! They don't return my phone calls, they lie and they do not know the meaning of customer service, they are only interested in getting your money and not keeping their promises! I had to contact the Volvo Corporate offices to have them assist me with my car set up that my salesperson never even took the time to explain to me?! I am working on a formal complaint with my contact at to the corporate offices of Volvo and I plan to take this all the way to the top to the CEO of Volvo Martin Lundstedt for this horrible classic situation of a dealership "only interested in your money and not keeping their promises to their customers". If I could return the car today, I would! I always here about these situations but never thought this would happen to me. My goal is to spread awareness and to ensure that it doesn't happen to anyone else! Spread the word and KEEP AWAY from PRESTIGE VOLVO! You will thank me!!! More
