I had a difficult time resolving a buyout issue with the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. Initially, I was advised to contact GM Financial instead of the dealership. Shortly after, I received anothe dealership where I purchased my vehicle. Initially, I was advised to contact GM Financial instead of the dealership. Shortly after, I received another call from a different representative who strongly discouraged a buyout and recommended refinancing for another 60 months, claiming that it would be more cost-effective in the long term. I declined the offer, but the representative persisted and used pressure tactics to convince me otherwise. I felt disrespected and my autonomy was disregarded due to the unwanted communication from the sales agents. To my surprise, the representative even reached out to my sister via calls and text messages after I rejected the suggestions. My sister declined the calls and messages. As a result of this experience, I have decided to never purchase from or recommend this dealership. More
