He knew when to give us space to talk and consider our purchase. He answered all of our questions and if he didn't have an answer to a particular question, he made the effort to get it. We were entirely pleased with our experience. Even though this dealership is an hour and a half drive for us and in a different state, at this point we would not hesitate to make another purchase here in the future when it comes time to get a new vehicle.
