Entire sales staff (not just the people that I directly interacted with) were very friendly & knowledgeable of the VW products that were being sold. I worked with Ms. Savastano throughout my VW Jetta TDI purchasing expierence. This was my first new auto to ever purchase. I researched the auto in many science journals and pier review websites prior to making my ultimate decision. I work a busy and demanding schedule as a paramedic. That being said making phone calls and/or returning them is not allways feasible. Ms. Savastano made it possible to inquire about my desired vehicle almost exclusively through email. Her pleasant and freindly personality was clearly conveyed each and every time via email, phone, and finally when we met in person when the auto was picked up. I was 100% completely satisfied with her performance with no complaints. When I did phone her she answered my questions and if she could not found from the proper person in a timely fashion rather then deflecting my concerns. For that she is to be commended and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a hassle free car shopping exp. As for the dealership as a whole I did have one concern. The finance gentlemen was Good but not excellent. Joe)was very knowledgeable and ultimately got my financing with VW Credit set up but to me he was "pushy" at times. I felt like he was "trying to hard" to sell me add ons such as extended warrenties, etc instead of taking the time to explain the pros/cons of each addon and allowing the customer to make an informed decision. His body language came off that he was trying to be someone he wasn't. I felt rushed at times with him. It was similar to a doctor not explaining a procedure or the benefit of one prior to a procedure. Additionally Joe, playing his raido in the background of his office made me feel that my pressence was not his undivided attention. Moreover, I found the dealership spacious. Additionally I found the dealership very tidy and clean. Even the bathrooms prior to my long drive back home to PA were remarkably clean. Finally, I would recommend VW of Princeton to anyone seeking a VW auto. More

Mike is a great guy and really tried to help but unfortunately Audi of Princeton was unwilling to accommodate a "simple" warranty billing procedure. After a week of back and forth over email and ph unfortunately Audi of Princeton was unwilling to accommodate a "simple" warranty billing procedure. After a week of back and forth over email and phone I decided to see if this experience was a result of the warranty company or Princeton Audi... I contacted a competing Audi service department and it was night and day. They were familiar w/ the process of direct billing the tax exempt warranty company and were willing to take the necessary steps to accommodate me. UPDATE: After posting this the GM reached out to me and attempted to remedy the situation. Great sign that he cares about customer service. Unfortunately they are still not able to solve the issue but they did try a work around. More
I was looking for an Audi A5 exactly to my specs, and Princeton (and another dealer) had one on the lot. I split my time between DC/VA and NY so all price negotiations were over email and phone with manager, Scott H. Scott was very easy and pleasant to work with throughout. Once an agreement was reached, Guy Lyons took over with the arrangements for pick-up. Guy was thorough and detailed regarding the logistics and paperwork needed to take ownership of the car - and equally thorough walking me through the various features of the car. He's got an appreciation for Audi's and is also a car guy himself (vs. someone only interested in the sale). Finances were handled by Steve Beckerman. I was buying the car outright so discussions with Steve were easy and pleasant. Spent time discussing possible upsell options (declined, and acknowledged) before finalizing paperwork. The only surprise was a $40 difference in the total-out-the-door cost. I initially thought that was due to exact VA tax and fees (Princeton to register and title the car for me in VA). Discovered later that Princeton charged a ~$50 fee (instead of $7.50)for the NJ tire tax on tire sales ($1.50/tire). A follow-up email to Steve to confirm/clarify was not returned (which is the only issue I had w/Princeton Audi). But given the fair price/deal made on the car, and the car itself, I'm no longer concerned over this detail. More
I was in the market for a new VW to take advantage of a special financing rate that expired soon. I did an Internet search for dealers within a 50 mile area that had the car I was looking for (2011 VW Eos) special financing rate that expired soon. I did an Internet search for dealers within a 50 mile area that had the car I was looking for (2011 VW Eos) at the best price and found Princeton VW. I spoke with Jackie in Sales via phone regarding my expectation to trade in a leased car and finance the new car. When I arrived at the office 2 hours later, the car I was interested in was prepped and waiting for me. Jackie was both very personable and professional. Jackie and the rest of the Sales team (Rob & Joe) made the entire transaction very pleasant (if you can believe that!). Princeton VW exceeded my expectations for price, knowledge and ease of purchase. More
Thanks to the overwhelming effort and patience of Natasha Mulligan I was able to get the car I wanted. I had been trying to locate a certain model and color and was already over my mileage.
