I purchased my car (2010 Golf TDI) through this dealership, and have had it serviced there once for the 10k service. I had to order the car, and it took approximately 3.5 months to be delivered fro dealership, and have had it serviced there once for the 10k service. The purchasing process went without a hitch, and the price was as quoted below msrp. The service went fine, although it took slightly longer than expected due to a problem with their computer flashing device, which was completely understandable and not the dealerships fault. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson to others, and have in the past. More

Also helpful to bring some pricing comparisons with other car dealerships/online services. I dread buying a new car. In fact, last time I simply opted to buy my BMW when the lease was up. This time around, I did my homework---visited and drove all the luxury SUV's that I was interested in. The first local Audi dealership I visited just scoffed when I said what I wanted to consider---the Audi Q5. I was told, "Oh the only way to see one of those is on the internet. And the only way to drive one is to order it." End of story. But I persevered to discover Princeton Audi had one in stock. (As did some other dealerships) At Princeton, Chris Riches, my sales contact, was very helpful. You knew he wanted to sell me a car, but wasn't pushy. He didn't seem to react to a woman on her own evaluating cars. He wasn't overbearingly friendly. The test drive was impressive. I made an appointment to return on the weekend. Mr. Riches confirmed my appointment a few days prior but didn't hound me. Quite knowledgeable about the car's details, everything he told me about the car was true, according to my own research. Yes, Audi Q5's are in short supply. Mr. Riches was professional, well mannered, and had a nice sense of humor. He tolerated my desire to pay a reasonable amount for the car. He quoted me a fair price for my trade in without haggling about all its shortcomings. With little drama, the deal was done simply and promptly. I didn't have to spend excessive time with the sales manager discussing options and add ons. When the car arrived, he handled problems and did his best to accommodate me. Knowing that the Audi has some high tech features, Riches spent the time teaching me about using the technology. So far so good. A week later I am still satisfied with the service and the auto. More

Very nice dealership. Initially, we met with Steve Beckerman who was extremely informative and accomodating. He helped us with pricing and made sure that we test drove the car we were interested in.
