My wife and I had an excellent experience with Princeton Audi from the very beginning when Natasha answered my email inquiry on an S5. We made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. She helped us immediately, had the car in the display bay and we went on a test drive. While this was happening, our trade in was appraised, fairly, and then at our request, Natasha brought us a lower priced A5 to check out. We left for the day to think about our choices. When we returned 2 days later, Steve and Rich picked up where Natasha left off and handled the closing. Steve was also fun to work with, never pressured us and answered all of our questions. Rich worked up the actual numbers and in the end we drove away very happy with our new S5. I would gladly work again with these three excellent salespeople. More

Jackie was a very good salesperson. She made the purchasing process pleasant and there wasn't much negotiation needed for the purchase. On the downside, we placed our order for the car back in Oc purchasing process pleasant and there wasn't much negotiation needed for the purchase. On the downside, we placed our order for the car back in October, with an expected delivery date in January. When the end of january came around, I called the dealership to find out the status of the order, and was told that there were manufacturing issues with Volkswagen and that the car wouldn't be delivered until at least May. I shouldn't have had to call to find this out - the delaership should have called me as soon as they knew so that we could decide what course of action we wanted to take. This was very poor customer service. On the flip side, when we decided to cancel the original order, Jackie quickly found a vehicle in the area that met our needs and she got the vehicle to the dealership quickly and the pricing was consistent with the pricing on the original order. But this could have been done sooner. More
