I sat there waiting for 20 minutes and nobody helped me until I walked up to their desk. But they helped every other person who walked in after us. Maybe it’s because I was young or I don’t know which was until I walked up to their desk. But they helped every other person who walked in after us. Then when I asked for help they said they could help me out now which I don’t understand because they ALL could’ve helped me out a long time ago since they were just talking to each other. I even had an appointment at 3 and didn’t get help until 3:30. Also, the guy was very pushy, talking to me about how I have to pay $300 for a service I didn’t ask for. I understand you’re trying to make sales, but I told him I’m just here for my regularly scheduled maintenance. And he said I had to pick either an option of $200 or the option for like $300 even after I said no he said they couldn’t just service me my maintenance which is under warranty. So I just left frustrated and annoyed and rescheduled my appointment so I could have someone go with me because I don’t want to be pushed around by some annoying salesman who talks down to younger customers.
