Service manager asked me to look for my warranty information because it would be easier for him. He then tried to talk me out of getting the service I was asking for, thinking it was still under w information because it would be easier for him. He then tried to talk me out of getting the service I was asking for, thinking it was still under warranty. I told him I would consider my options. Once he found out my warranty did not cover the issue I brought my car in for, he pushed for me to have them do a diagnostic (which would cost me $175) When I texted him and told him I did not want the diagnostic, I got no response. When I went to pick up my car, he acted bothered. My car had been washed haphazardly and only the front seats were vaccuumed. Customer service is definitely not this dealership's priority. I would avoid taking my car here in the future. More

Had a guy in the service center complain to me that he's going to stay late because I brought in my car for service. Oil change takes 10-20 minutes and he wasn't even the technician. Doesn't feel good as a customer who spent thousands to have an employee express their personal frustration out on me for their life choices. Raising his voice at me. Had another employee step in and great about servicing the car... Was 30 minutes before the dealership closed. Also heard him talking about how his dodge Challenger is way better than Hyundai and kept showboating. Additionally, had money stolen from emergency stash hidden in an envelope. Counted $35 before dropping off my car. I counted $15 after receiving my car and driving back home. No way to prove my cash was stolen but ugly feeling knowing that my dealership has shady operators. More
