I took my car for prepaid maintenance and to figure out why it was stalling. They found a ripped axle boot and convinced me I needed a $900 tune-up to stop the stalling. The first time I started it after that, the car stalled just like it did before I paid all the money for the tune up. The two stars (instead of zero) were for the service manager searching for and taking care of the extended warranty work. I appreciated that. I did not appreciate an upsell that did not fix the issue. I entered for free prepaid maintenance and left with a $1200 bill. Not cool for an elderly widow on a fixed income. More
