When I call, I get a person that can help me without getting thr run around. When I show up they are pretty quick about getting me going. Our service technician Tino is wonderful however, after jumping through hoops to satisfy your needs for over a year we were finally permitted to get a new engine in our car. This is the worst experience and customer service I have ever seen. The lack of communication from my "advisor" Tino should have been an indication of what the experience would be like. Took 6 months to get ever seen. The lack of communication from my "advisor" Tino should have been an indication of what the experience would be like. Took 6 months to get my car completed and in that timespan, my car sat stagnate on their lot. The service recommendations made by the dealership was an oil/filter change, coolant flush and air filter change.. all services that were only recommended because my car sat still for 6 months. The dealership in good faith refused to cover these services because it was not in warranty, meanwhile I purchased out of pocket a new tire one week before my car was ready for pick up for the loaner vehicle for which I am getting denied for reimbursement. So I pay an additional $300 in additional services and I'm also out the $200 for a tire they keep? Dishonest dealership and service reps. I will never give this place another penny! More
