My car wasn't inspected the way I think it should of been. There was no mention of anything that needed to be addressed. When I call, I get a person that can help me without getting thr run around. When I show up they are pretty quick about getting me going. Our service technician Tino is wonderful however, after jumping through hoops to satisfy your needs for over a year we were finally permitted to get a new engine in our car. After a month and a half of wai jumping through hoops to satisfy your needs for over a year we were finally permitted to get a new engine in our car. After a month and a half of waiting, we got our car back two weeks ago and the same problem is happening. Supposedly with a new engine. Completely unacceptable. if this is Hyundai commitment to customers, I will never purchase a Hyundai again More
