Gary Chan was very helpful when I spoke to him on the phone a few times because my brother had to take in the car for me since I do not live nearby. However, I am disappointed with the service. I went in for an oil consumption test and was told that the oil change was done but when my brother brought the car back home and checked the dipstick, the oil was low. Oil change was not done and when I called back, Gary said the technician did not know it needed to be done -_- so now I have to bring it back up… More
