They take forever poor customer service, they use to be good with time and letting you know update of ur car now they don’t do that they will keep u waiting even if ur car is ready they don’t tell you. I was satisfied with the way Puente Hills Hyundai did my first oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Santa Fe. There must have been at least 14 cars in front of me for service and I thought it would take first oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Santa Fe. There must have been at least 14 cars in front of me for service and I thought it would take at least 4 hrs for them to complete my vehicle. But it only took 2 hrs and my car ready for me and washed. That to me is a plus. More

I’m from out of state, drove to CA and experienced some concerns with my car during drive. Service rep, Javier, could not have been more pleasant and eager to help me. Service personnel were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean and lounge was comfortable. Cappuccino was a tasty treat, the water was cold and snacks were made available. Jay J. arranged for my shuttle home AND back to the dealer to pick up my car. Dealership addressed the recall situation and checked/fixed my brake light as requested. Air was put into tires and it temporarily took the indicator light off my dash (relit day and half later).Car was washed (not vacuumed). One avoidable nuisance, all of my tire valve caps were removed (that missing detail makes the tires/car look cheap). That was a bummer... I had to fix on my own. Otherwise, my visit was a solid 4.5! More
