When I arrived at 1pm I asked for a shuttle back home because the service will take around three hours. the service provider stated I would be able to get a ride around 2 PM. At 2:30 PM I asked when the because the service will take around three hours. the service provider stated I would be able to get a ride around 2 PM. At 2:30 PM I asked when the ride would be here. They stated the ride person was on break and would take me home after. At 3:50 PM I was still at the dealership and I asked the service provider when my car would be ready. They stated it would take 20 more minutes at 4:30. I asked how much longer they stated it would take 10 more minutes. At this point I am very frustrated as I have have been here for 3.5 hours and stated if the car is not ready in 10 minutes I am going to Uber home. After 10 minutes they offered 5% additional discount and I paid. However, they aligned my tire with the wrong tire size and so they were not able to have my car ready by today. I had to pick it up the next day. I am very upset with my service as I have wasted so much time with the miscommunication in constant mistakes. I have been a loyal customer for the last eight years however, I am considering going to a different Hyundai dealership because I am very disappointed with the service that was given. More
