Anytime you arrive at there service department, it always looks very packed with alot of cars but services are usually done very quickly. Had a guy in the service center complain to me that he's going to stay late because I brought in my car for service. Oil change takes 10-20 minutes and he wasn't even the technician. Just a service guy work going to stay late because I brought in my car for service. Oil change takes 10-20 minutes and he wasn't even the technician. Just a service guy working on the computer. Doesn't feel good as a customer who spent thousands to have an employee express their personal frustration out on me for their life choices. Raising his voice at me. Had another employee step in and great about servicing the car... Was 30 minutes before the dealership closed. Also heard him talking about how his dodge Challenger is way better than Hyundai and kept showboating. Additionally, had money stolen from emergency stash hidden in an envelope. Counted $35 before dropping off my car. I counted $15 after receiving my car and driving back home. No way to prove my cash was stolen but ugly feeling knowing that my dealership has shady operators. More

They were overbooked and understaffed. Clearly the morale here is very poor. A huge lack of communication. I brought my car in at 10:30am my appt was at 10:45am I was greeted by a lovely y Clearly the morale here is very poor. A huge lack of communication. I brought my car in at 10:30am my appt was at 10:45am I was greeted by a lovely young lady who did her part and gave me clear instructions to proceed. I met with the serviceman who was pleasant but, without actually checking the car he diagnosed a problem. I just wanted an oil change. The facility does not have a customer lounge so I was directed to the sales lounge which is dirty and the only bathroom is a porta potty. Not to mention that the lounge is a great distance from the service center. There were at least 3 unhappy customers who were loud and disruptive. Not to mention my car was completed and ready to go an hour an a half before I asked someone to check on it. Evidently the mechanic parked the car and went to lunch without returning paperwork or reporting that it was complete. All and all it was a horrible experience. Thank You for asking. More
