Hard to get hold of advisors in service bought new car in 2019, only gave 1 key fob, said they'd take care of it, I forgot about it until tranny broke down at 97000 miles, honored warranty ehich is great, ho 2019, only gave 1 key fob, said they'd take care of it, I forgot about it until tranny broke down at 97000 miles, honored warranty ehich is great, however brought up key fob again and because I forgot to nag during covid, I may not get the other fob i was supposed to recieve, I won't be returning to phh, its a shame because i purchased 3 vehicles here too.
