Made an appointment for 9:30, it still took almost 2 hours for a tire rotation (scheduled maintenance on an EV). Was asked if I wanted an AC service for a car with 25k miles as well as a tire rotation. hours for a tire rotation (scheduled maintenance on an EV). Asked them specifically to not wash my car as I had hand washed it the day before but they went ahead and washed it anyway. More
