Over priced taking advantage of customers charging more than they should. Took my car because I had a coolant leake. Said it was my radiator hose and wanted to charge over 700 just for 1 hose replacement. than they should. Took my car because I had a coolant leake. My car was ready when promised, although the wait time was somewhat longer than I expected. Overall good customer service. A very bad experience. The first time I went to the service center, they asked me to change the air conditioning filter and said it needs to be replaced every 10,000 miles. The first time I went to the service center, they asked me to change the air conditioning filter and said it needs to be replaced every 10,000 miles. But I had only driven a little over 4,000 miles. I was stunned and, without thinking too much, agreed to the replacement because my friend was coming to pick me up. The staff showed me an old, dirty filter, saying it had to be replaced. Later, I suspected that the filter wasn’t even from my car. The staff who assisted me had a terrible attitude. I won’t buy a Hyundai again. More
