I came in for a service appointment and was in and out pretty quickly. The service center was clean and everyone was wearing masks. Jay J did a great job explaining all of the items being serviced. He contacted me with updates and when the car was ready. He was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and patience. My only request would be for the dealership to update their invoice software to show which items are charged to the customer and which ones are under warranty. For instance, I had an item that was covered by a 3rd party warranty with a $50 deductible, but that isn't mentioned on the invoice so the totals don't match up. More
Jae, was helpful but unfortunately I was not happy with the service that I got. I was told one thing on the phone (by someone that was not Jae Lee) and then after making the 35 mile trip to the Service Dep the service that I got. I was told one thing on the phone (by someone that was not Jae Lee) and then after making the 35 mile trip to the Service Dept. I wait an hour for them to come tell me something different and only because I got so upset about being lied too did they do something else to resovle my issue and it was another hour or more wait for it to be done. The work needed was truly minimal, but I understand I am not the only customer and I know the people working to repair the cars are backed up. So I am not expecting 5 min service but 2-3 hours for something that could have been handled in about 30 min was upsetting. I hope that when I go back to give them a 2nd chance I have a much better expeience. KarenDC More

Christina was amazing helped me figure out what was wrong with my go to El Monte Hyundai, and I must say it extremely happy to have made the switch.
