There is a disconnect when the service goes from one day to the next. My service extended to a day when my original service rep was out of office, so no other service rep took over, nobody called me, until to the next. My service extended to a day when my original service rep was out of office, so no other service rep took over, nobody called me, until I finally called and even then sales rep acted as it was not their job. At the end of day it is not my experience with a particular service rep but with the whole service center experiencing that I experienced. More
