Purvis Ford did a quick and seemingly good job on my Works oil change. Later, however my engine splash shield fell off on the passenger side while on the Interstate. Three screws were missing. I paid Works oil change. Later, however my engine splash shield fell off on the passenger side while on the Interstate. Three screws were missing. I paid $13 for three missing screws from Purvis Parts, and placed them in myself. My concern is the screws are tight, but they keep turning and won't seat or come to a complete stop as I was hand tightening them in. A Purvis service rep said over the telephone that it sounded like the threads had been stripped. Haven't been able to get anyone to look at it yet. Afraid to get back on the Interstate. I was told to call a Ben, but unable to reach him. More

Took my 2020 Navigator here for work that was done by Ted Britt Lincoln and wasn’t done right. Ted Britt redid the work 4 times and couldn’t get it right. The only bad thing I can say is we dident receive a recall notice but it happens I’m not mad. Accidents happen but everyone was so friendly and made it is was fixed the right way and returned to me in recall notice but it happens I’m not mad.
