Kristen Ntoukiantz, the Internet Sales Manager, was very helpful in our phone conversations and when I arrived for my test drive she introduced me to Miroslaw Mazek, a Sales Consultant. From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with a friendly and courteous staff whose knowledge and understanding of what I wanted made the shopping and ultimately buying experience unrushed and responsive to my wishes. I enjoyed the Crosstrek test drive, felt that Miroslaw "Mike" explained the details of the car and its performance in an excellent and professional manner and when I did decide to purchase the brand new (only 17 miles on the odometer!) Crosstrek received a fair price. Ed Chen helped complete the financial aspects of the sale in a friendly manner offering options in a pleasant, not pushy, professional way. The purchase of the new car and my trade-in was handled smoothly and within two hours I was driving my new Crosstrek home. Two days later, I received a phone call from Miroslaw making sure that I was enjoying my new car. I was very pleased with the positive, knowledgeable staff whom I encountered and look forward to a long relationship with a Subaru dealership of such high quality (sorry, couldn't avoid the pun). More
